By purchasing services from GoLiveSA, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

We provide website design, add-ons, domain setup, logo design, and hosting for small businesses. All websites are static and delivered as outlined in our packages.

2. Payment Terms

• Full upfront payment is required for all once-off services.

• Hosting packages are billed based on the selected duration.

• Payments are made via EFT/manual transfer. No payment = no service delivery.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.
If you're unhappy with your website, we will work with you to revise or recreate it within the original scope of work, but no refunds will be given once development has started.

4. Delivery Timeline

Standard website delivery is 3–5 working days from the time we receive your full content and payment. Delays in receiving content may delay delivery.

5. Ownership & Domain

You will own the website and domain after full payment. Domains are registered under your or our name (by agreement), and we can transfer them on request.

6. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and legal content for your website. We do not take responsibility for copyright violations, incorrect info, or legal disputes arising from your content.

7. Hosting & Maintenance

If you choose a hosting plan with us, it includes:

• Monthly support

• Website backups

• Small text/image updates
  Failure to renew hosting may result in suspension or deletion of your website.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
